Inversion Workshop

Want to nail your headstand?

Saturday 22 September | 3 – 5pm | Investment: £25

Join me for 2 hours of all things upside down. For those new to inversions, you will find out tips and tricks to strengthen your body for inversions, as well as 1:1 support and guidance to have a play with getting upside down yourself.

For those who want to progress a little further, you will look at different ways of entering headstand, holding headstand and how to progress to forearm stand and beyond.

Everyone will leave feeling more confident with their headstand, with a goody bag of treats and useful handout to take home.
